The Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program is administered by the Indianapolis Housing Agency (IHA). Eligible renters receive a voucher that covers a portion of their rent, with the tenant paying the difference based on their income.
Noor Holdings maintains properties that meet HUD Housing Quality Standards and welcomes applications from voucher holders. We work directly with the IHA to ensure a smooth process for all tenants.
